Operate medical equipment safely and effectively during therapy sessions, including manual therapy tools and therapeutic devices. Support patient care by providing manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy modalities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate discharge planning. Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR) management. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, care plans, and post-discharge instructions to promote ongoing recovery and wellness. (Strongly Preferred) Proven experience with outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing facility, or home health settings is preferred.
