CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist to deliver evidence-based outpatient rehab through a blend of in-clinic and virtual care. In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, design personalized plans of care, and leverage telehealth platforms and digital tools to enhance access, engagement, and outcomes. You'll document efficiently in our EHR, track objective progress, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-first culture focused on clinical excellence, respect, and professional growth.
