Serve as a Wellness Advocate by encouraging patients to begin and continue chiropractic care. Greet and check in patients to create a positive, family-friendly experience. Assist chiropractors with patient care, perform basic assessments, and educate patients on prescribed therapies. Administer therapies such as decompression treatment under the chiropractor's direction. Guide patients through enrollment, closing care plans, and completing all required paperwork accurately. Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling to keep patients consistent with care. Skill Sets Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused mindset. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Ability to assess patient needs and follow the chiropractor's direction for care. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Professional, motivated, and receptive to feedback in a team-centered environment, Additional Notes Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude. X-ray certification is preferred. However, training will be offered to qualified candidates who show the right skills and aptitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required, as we serve both English and Spanish-speaking patients.
