Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized experience for our patients. No prior experience is required! Training is provided onsite. At ChiroPro, we've built a supportive team culture where people enjoy coming to work, grow professionally, and genuinely care about the patients we serve. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our patients. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, build relationships with patients, and make sure they stay on track with their care.
Your primary responsibility:
Help our patients stay consistent with their care by making and maintaining appointments. You'll play an important role in helping patients reach their health goals through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
Other responsibilities may include:
Greeting patients and creating a friendly, welcoming experience Scheduling and confirming appointments Managing patient flow and keeping the front desk organized Answering phones and responding to patient questions Checking patients in and out Maintaining accurate patient information Communicating with patients throughout their visits Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations If you're dependable, personable, organized, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you.

$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
