Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Your contributions will be vital in helping patients regain mobility and improve their overall physical health. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare, particularly in physical therapy. Duties Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans and exercises. Prepare treatment areas by cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies. Help patients with mobility and ensure their comfort during therapy sessions. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff. Assist with setting up rooms for wellness visits Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments. Collect and submit intake forms to the front office Skills Strong patient service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients. Ability to work collaboratively within a clinic or hospital medicine environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tasks within the physical therapy setting.
