Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a full-time Physical Therapy Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting physical therapists to deliver exceptional care to patients throughout their journey of recovery. This energetic position involves supporting licensed physical therapists by gathering modalities, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and ensuring a safe environment. Responsibilities Support patients during therapeutic exercises by providing encouragement and ensuring proper technique under supervision. Preparing treatment areas and equipment to ensure a clean and organized environment. Communicate effectively with patients and therapists to foster a positive environment focused on healing and motivation. Experience Prior experience working in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, or rehabilitation principles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients of diverse backgrounds is essential for success in this role. Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods comfortably. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to patient safety.
