Revive Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Technician to join our growing team. This is not simply a front-desk position. You will work directly with patients throughout their care — performing scans and exams, assisting with X-rays, teaching corrective exercises, documenting patient progress, and helping patients understand and stay engaged in their health journey. What You'll Do As our Patient Care Technician, you will play an important role in both the clinical and relationship side of the patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Guiding patients through new patient consultations and examinations Taking patient X-rays once appropriately qualified Performing Insight neurological scans Conducting progress examinations and patient questionnaires Preparing, marking, uploading, and sending X-ray images and reports Accurately documenting examination findings and notes in our patient software Assisting doctors with clinical documentation and examination workflows Teaching patients corrective exercises and at-home rehabilitation Demonstrating and assisting with in-office rehabilitation exercises Preparing applicable diagnosis coding for new patient and report visits Following up with new patients by phone Scheduling patients for orientations and next steps in care Helping patients understand their recommendations and stay engaged with their health goals Maintaining an organized, efficient clinical area Supporting the team wherever needed during busy patient shifts Who We're Looking For Our strongest candidates are people who are both great with people and great with details . Comprehensive training is provided. Experience or education in any of the following may be especially helpful: Chiropractic assisting Medical assisting Radiology or X-ray Physical therapy or rehabilitation Exercise science Kinesiology Athletic training Health and wellness Patient care Customer service or other high-touch service environments X-Ray Qualification Current Minnesota X-ray training/registration is a plus but is not required at the time of hire. Candidates who are not currently qualified must be willing to complete the applicable Minnesota Department of Health education, examination, and registration requirements associated with performing limited-scope X-rays as part of this position. Revive will provide guidance and support throughout the process.
