We are a busy, well established clinic and do our best to maintain a professional yet fun atmosphere. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for receptionist duties, managing appointment scheduling and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting patients, maintaining patient records, answering phones, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
