Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity - Adult Rehabilitation Team Are you looking for meaningful, flexible work that truly makes a difference? Join our growing interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and help bring high-quality outpatient therapy directly into the homes and communities of those who need it most. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Missoula team and provide functional, client-centered care to adults in their everyday environments. Compensation & Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive: Retirement plan with employer match Medical benefits Continuing education, licensing, and materials reimbursement Paid time off (PTO) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Cell phone reimbursement Travel reimbursement when applicable And more What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Treat adult clients in home and community-based settings throughout Missoula Carry out individualized plans of care focused on mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence Provide education and training to clients, families, caregivers, and care teams Collaborate closely with supervising PTs and our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Complete documentation and required trainings in a timely manner What You Bring Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Montana Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current BLS certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively A passion for functional, client-centered care Ready to Apply?
