Job Description

Are you a fun, outgoing person looking for a great place to work? Are you looking to work for a growth-oriented company that values your time and wants you to have a positive work-life balance? Do you want to participate in a patient's recovery? Do you enjoy making people smile? If so, TruMotion Therapy is looking for you! We are TruMotion Therapy, a sports chiropractic clinic in South Charlotte. We are looking for a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to work directly with the Chiropractors and our patients. The duties of this position include:
  • Guiding and overseeing corrective exercises prescribed by the doctor
  • Assisting with passive modalities such as laser therapy
  • Helping manage patient flow in the office
  • Assisting with the overall patient experience You'll also get hands-on experience with advanced technology you won't find in a typical chiropractic office — our AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Tonal, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy.
If you're excited by cutting-edge sports recovery tools and want real experience working with them, this role gives you that. On-the-job training and necessary certifications will be provided, but a background in health and fitness is encouraged. An initial shadowing period with the Chiropractor and current Chiropractic Therapy Assistant will gradually transition into working more independently with patients. Necessary qualifications include strong communication skills, a self-starter mentality, empathy, and motivation to continue learning. Beneficial, but not required, skills include a background in personal training, massage therapy, exercise science or previous work in a healthcare/sports medicine setting.
