Total hours = 3500 hours or higher

Hours in Lear 45 = 200 hours or higher

Flight hours = 240 hours per year 20 hours/month

NOT COMMUTABLE - MUST LIVE 2 HOURS FROM CLT OR WILLING TO RELOCATE

Our Client looking for an energetic self-starter, who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work in a fast pace, high growth environment. This individual must understand and show strong leadership, with a clear ability to successfully align the career goals and personal aspirations of individuals with the overall goals of the corporate team. Additionally, this individual should have a desire to be paid, in part, based on objective measures of job performance. This job periodically requires long hours and a willingness to work hard to achieve the goals of the team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• The pilots will report directly to the Chief Pilot.
  
• Perform Part 91 and 135 duties as a flight crew member.
  
• Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP's, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.
  
• ATP/Multi Comm
  
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  
• Must have at least 2 years corporate aviation experience.

Must be willing to live within 2 hour of CLT
