Are you a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) eager to make a positive impact on patients' lives? We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We're looking for a talented PTA to join our dynamic therapy team in Concord, NC in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This position is for PRN with flexible shifts, including weekends.
Pay:
$35.00 - 38.00/ hour based on experience
Schedule:
PRN What You'll Do:
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength. Implement treatment plans developed by our Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
What We're Looking For:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care. Why Venza Care?
