Job Title:

Travel Physical Therapy Assistant Location:

Waynesville, NC 28785

Duration:

3+ Months (possibilities of extension)

Shift:

M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Job Responsibilities:

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patient homes under the supervision of the following PT. Support patient care activities in a Home Health setting. Cover Haywood and West Buncombe Counties.

Required Qualifications:

NC PTA License. Home Health (HH) Experience.

Additional Information:

Productivity Expectations:

30 points. Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient. HCHB Experience is nice to have and will set a candidate apart.

Dress Code:

Gray/Dark Blue scrubs or business casual.
