Schedule PRN or Full-Time Available Flexible scheduling Opportunity for up to full-time hours Weekday coverage with occasional weekend opportunities based on facility needs Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Document patient treatments accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate patient progress and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Maintain compliance with facility policies and state practice standards.
