Position Summary Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA provides high-quality, hands-on therapy services that support patient recovery, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence. Key Responsibilities Implement established treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training Monitor and report patient progress, responses, and changes to the Physical Therapist Assist patients with improving strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery techniques Support a safe, compliant, and positive rehabilitation environment Qualifications Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility) Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but not required Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care What We Offer Same day pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the Kadima organization Comprehensive benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Kadima?
