Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its rehabilitation team. Role Overview The PTA will provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence. Responsibilities Deliver treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist. Assist residents wiPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Full-timeth therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance, and functional activities. Monitor progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist and care team. Document services accurately and timely. Support a resident-centered, collaborative rehabilitation environment. Qualifications Current PTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
