What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans designed around each patient's goals and functional needs. Lead therapeutic exercises, functional activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions. Provide patient and family education to encourage independence and carryover at home. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals as needed. Help create a welcoming, positive clinic experience for every patient. Participate in community education and outreach activities when appropriate. What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to patient-centered and family-centered care.
