T3 Chiropractic

Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant

Entry-Level JobVerifiedNo experience needed

Job Description

T3 Chiropractic is a pediatric and family wellness-focused practice, growing across the Rockwall and Allen area. We're hiring a Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant for our Allen office.
Starting pay:
$20.00/hour — above the average for this role in the Allen area.
What we offer:
Health, dental, and vision insurance Disability insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Real growth potential — a clear path to a team lead role as we grow We're being upfront: this role runs with a small, tight-knit team, so we need someone who takes ownership and runs their day without being managed. You'll thrive here if you: Finish what's assigned without someone following up to check on it Notice what needs to get done and do it without being told Show up on time, every day, because you know the team is counting on you Say yes when we ask for help at a community event or outreach opportunity, because you see it as part of being on the team, not extra credit Love working with kids and families, and bring genuine warmth to every interaction Can multitask a fast-paced front desk — phones, scheduling, payments — without losing your cool This isn't the right fit if you: Need regular reminders to finish your task list Prefer to stick strictly to "what's in the job description" Check your phone throughout the day out of habit Aren't comfortable stepping in when the team needs extra hands, whether that's outside normal hours or occasionally covering a shift at our Rockwall office
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming experience Answer phones and manage communication Schedule appointments efficiently Discuss financial plans and collect payments Manage email and office correspondence Open and close the office Support outreach and community/marketing events, including occasional off-site support Educate and encourage families on healthy living
Training & Growth:
Training will take place in Allen, Rockwall, or a mix of both depending on scheduling. Either way, you'll be supported by our experienced team and detailed manuals and systems as you grow independent in the role. You'll be based in Allen the vast majority of the time, with the possibility of needing occasional support at our Rockwall location. As our practice continues to grow, there's real potential for this role to grow into a team lead position.
