Opportunity details include a variable, rotating 12-hour shift schedule (13-14 shifts per 4 weeks), covering days, evenings, and overnights, with holiday and weekend rotations. The team includes over 15 APPs, 45 EM physicians, ED pharmacists, and social workers, but no residency program. You will evaluate and treat patients with ESI 1-5 in a facility with 200-300 daily visits and comprehensive 24-hour in-house coverage. Benefits include health/dental/life insurance, retirement plan with employer match, CME allowance, relocation, and paid malpractice insurance.
Requirements:
Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant, current Illinois licensure, 1-2 years of APP experience preferred (new graduates welcomed). Salary ranges from $63.72 to $82.84/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
