Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C)Family Medicine & Urgent Care Opportunity Compensation starting at $120,000+ annually Our healthcare organization is expanding and is looking for a full-time Physician Assistant to provide care across our Family Medicine and Urgent Care practices. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy a variety of patient encounters, from preventive care and chronic disease management to acute illness and injury treatment. Competitive salary beginning at $120,000+ Comprehensive paid training program Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance CME benefits Supportive physician leadership Long-term growth opportunities within the organization Position Duties Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in both primary care and urgent care settings Treat acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic medical conditions Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients regarding health maintenance and preventive care Complete clinical documentation accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical support staff Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program Successful completion of the PANCE exam Michigan PA license or proof of application submitted before employment begins DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment New Graduates Welcome We encourage applications from newly certified Physician Assistants who have passed the PANCE and are pursuing Michigan licensure. Paid training and clinical support are provided. Employment Type Full-Time Part-Time Contingent Weekends Day, evening, and weekend availability preferred Split schedule between Family Medicine and Urgent Care locations This position is exclusively for Physician Assistants (PA-C).
