Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our highly respected team on a full-time basis. This position will float between our Wake Forest and Raleigh locations. We are a privately owned, patient-centered practice known for delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Active North Carolina Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
