What they do
A Physician Assistant provides medical care to patients, under the supervision of a physician or surgeon. Works in all areas and specialties of medicine, and is licensed to practice medicine but has less formal certification than a physician. Performs duties delegated by a physician such as recording patient medical histories, ordering diagnostic tests, or giving immunizations. May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

New graduates are welcome:
the first year is a structured ramp with a guaranteed salary and no production pressure. Experienced dermatology PAs will have a full template from the start.WHAT WE OFFER
- Guaranteed base salary, with a production bonus paid as a percentage of your net collections above a defined threshold. Experienced PAs are on the bonus from the first quarter; new graduates convert after year one.
- Malpractice coverage, CME allowance and CME days, licensing, DEA and NCCPA fees paid.

- A dedicated medical assistant, EzDerm EMR, and a single-location Monday-to-Friday schedule.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- NCCPA-certified PA-C, or graduating from an ARC-PA accredited program by spring 2027 and sitting for the PANCE before start.
- Eligible for Texas PA licensure and DEA registration by the start date.
- Dermatology experience preferred but not required. A dermatology rotation, SDPA involvement, or a demonstrated interest in the specialty is a plus.
- Comfortable performing shave and punch biopsies and cryotherapy, or eager to learn them.
- Someone who wants to stay.
Pay:
$115,000.00- $160,000.
