Established Urology Clinic & Ambulatory Surgery Center Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established Urology Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a highly sought-after opportunity to work alongside five experienced attending urologists/surgeons while providing comprehensive, high-quality urological care in both the clinical and surgical settings. The Physician Assistant will play an integral role in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of urological patients. The position offers a diverse scope of practice with opportunities to develop advanced clinical and surgical skills while working collaboratively with an experienced team of physicians. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations. Assist with the diagnostic work-up and development of treatment plans for urological conditions. Provide ongoing patient management and follow-up care under the supervision of attending urologists. Serve as an important patient liaison between the patient and physician , ensuring clear communication and continuity of care. Perform a variety of urological procedures within the scope of practice and clinical privileges. Function as a first assistant to the surgeon in the operating room during a variety of urological procedures. Assist with perioperative patient care, including preoperative evaluation and postoperative management. Round on hospitalized patients and provide inpatient urological care in collaboration with the attending surgeon. Participate in the practice's on-call rotation approximately one week per month , in conjunction with an attending urologist who is also on call. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, surgical staff, patients, and families. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to clinical standards and best practices. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current Physician Assistant licensure for Washington State NCCPA certification or eligibility, as applicable. Current

BLS/ACLS

certification as required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and surgical environments. Surgical or urology experience preferred; motivated candidates with strong procedural interests are encouraged to apply.
