Job Description
HealthYes Staffing Network is conducting a confidential search for a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join an established regional medical center in Southeast Alabama. This permanent, hospital-employed opportunity offers a full-scope OB/GYN practice, an established regional referral base, modern labor and delivery resources, and advanced neonatal and surgical support. Physicians completing residency in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply. Experienced OB/GYN physicians are also welcome. Position Highlights Full-time, permanent OB/GYN physician position Hospital-employed practice with consistent community demand Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology Outpatient women's health, labor and delivery, and gynecologic surgery Family-centered birth facilities Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Neonatology coverage available around the clock Access to minimally invasive and robotic surgical technology Collaborative nursing, surgical, pediatric, and specialty support Shared call coverage 2027 and 2028 OB/GYN residents encouraged to apply Southeast Alabama location near Southwest Georgia and the Florida Panhandle Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Manage routine and higher-risk pregnancies within the physician's training and privileges Conduct prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman visits Participate in labor and delivery coverage Perform cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions Provide preventive screenings, contraception counseling, and reproductive healthcare Coordinate care with neonatologists, pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and other specialists Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Alabama medical license Eligible for medical-staff appointment and clinical privileges Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills New graduates and practicing physicians considered Candidates completing residency in 2027 or 2028 are welcome Employer visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available for this position Compensation and Benefits Estimated base salary of $335,000-$435,000 annually Productivity and performance incentive potential $100,000 signing bonus package Relocation assistance Paid interview expenses Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Employer-supported retirement plan Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid time off CME and professional-development allowance Licensure, professional dues, and subscription support Student-loan repayment options through a PSLF-eligible employer Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, productivity expectations, and the completed employment agreement. Florida's Gulf Coast beaches are approximately 90 miles away, making weekend trips to Panama City Beach and the Emerald Coast realistic.
