Pain Management Physician West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona (2 locations) Expected First-Year Earnings $700,000+ | Uncapped Earning Potential Monday-Friday | No Nights | No Weekends | No Call | 100% Outpatient Join a well-established, high-volume pain management practice with an immediate patient base, strong referral network, experienced clinical support, and significant procedural opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an Pain Management/Interventional Pain Physician who wants to focus on procedures, maximize productivity, and maintain an exceptional work-life balance. Position Highlights Very Lucrative Base Salary Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+ Productivity-based incentives with uncapped earning potential High procedural and clinic volume Established patient base and strong referral network 100% outpatient - no hospital rounding Monday-Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call Dedicated NP/PA/MA and experienced procedural support team Streamlined workflow designed to maximize physician efficiency and procedural time Locum Tenens opportunity with potential for long-term or permanent placement Interventional Procedures Opportunity to maintain a strong procedural practice performing: Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections Facet joint injections Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) Large and small joint injections Spinal cord stimulator procedures Minimally invasive pain management procedures Practice This role combines interventional procedures with outpatient pain management in an efficient, physician-supported environment.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in neurology, pain management, or related specialty. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region. Proven experience in managing spine, pain, and neurological conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Knowledge of current medical technologies and treatment protocols in pain and neuro care.
