Our current team of seven Pediatric Anesthesiologists is expanding to meet the needs of a thriving pediatric community of over 350,000 children. Banner Children's at Desert Medical Center is a premier, 260-bed pediatric facility featuring: Level Two Pediatric Trauma Center Level 3 NICU with 104 beds and 24/7 Neonatology support 24-bed PICU with round-the-clock Pediatric Intensivist coverage 26-bed Pediatric Emergency Department 240+ pediatric physicians delivering care across 27+ Pediatric Subspecialties As Arizona's largest private employer and the primary referral center for pediatric surgeries within the Banner network, we offer a robust practice supported by an established referral system.

Work Schedule & Position Details:

Full-time (1.0 FTE) position 168 rotating 10-hour shifts annually, plus home call Post-call days off provided Flexible scheduling options available

Qualifications:

BC/BE Fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist Both experienced providers and new graduates encouraged to apply Preferred experience with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, caudal blocks, and difficult pediatric airways Ability to obtain Arizona license and
