Job Description

We're looking for an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our Peoria, AZ team. This full-time role is perfect for clinicians who enjoy community-focused care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities. Four weeks paid time off plus 10 paid holidays. One week of paid CME and a $4,000 CME stipend. Visa sponsorship available (J-1 or H-1B eligible). What we're looking for MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine. Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or the ability to obtain one). Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances. Prior family medicine experience is preferred but not required. Why Peoria?
