What we're looking for MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine. Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or the ability to obtain one). Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances. Prior family medicine experience is preferred but not required. Why Peoria?
