Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for an engaging 120-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Dec 7, 2026. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary and urgent care services, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for a diverse patient population spanning pediatric through geriatric ages. You will manage both low and high acuity cases, working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities and Duties Provide outpatient primary and urgent care services Perform evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses Care for a broad patient population, from pediatric through geriatric ages Manage both low and high acuity cases Adhere to a regular work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
