• Compton, California We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient clinic in Compton, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, building long-term patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact in an underserved community. Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians.
• Compensation
• + $285,000
• 335,000 based on experience + Potential sign-on bonus
• Schedule & Work-Life Balance
• + Monday-Friday schedule + Two Saturdays per month + Weekday off provided during any week a Saturday is worked + Dedicated admin day every other week (non-patient facing)

• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages + Perform preventive visits, physicals, and routine evaluations + Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions + Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies + Prescribe medications and create individualized treatment plans + Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation + Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff + Supervise up to four NP/PAs with clinical oversight and mentorship + Build trusted relationships with patients and families •Qualifications•+ MD or DO + Completion of Family Medicine residency + Board Certified or Board Eligible + Active California license or ability to obtain + Spanish bilingual preferred •Interested?
