Montecito Goleta San Luis Obispo Opportunity Highlights Community-based outpatient primary care with access to UCLA Health's extensive network of specialists and clinical resources Diverse patient populations across West Los Angeles communities Integrated Epic electronic health record Staff Physician and Clinician Educator opportunities available based on qualifications, professional interests and practice needs Compensation & Benefits The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $275,000-$430,000 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director. Anticipated total annual compensation, inclusive of these additional earnings, is approximately $305,000-$700,000.
