Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an outpatient Family Medicine Physician Assistant, where your expertise will directly impact patient care across diverse clinical settings. Our practice is led by faith-based providers who are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care to individuals and families in our community. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who values a collaborative practice environment, meaningful patient relationships, and a flexible work schedule. This vital role offers the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered services. You will utilize your clinical skills and medical knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients of all ages. We see patients ages 5-100+. Chronic care, acute care, urgent care, annual physical exams, womens, mens, and youth health issues and concerns, minor procedures - all consistent with a busy family medicine practice. Call schedule is one in six weekends, and 1 day from Monday to Thursday. We have ECG, spirometry and an in office lab on sight. We are committed to fostering an energetic environment that values proactive healthcare delivery and continuous learning. Requirements Valid certification as a Physician Assistant with current state licensure; experience working under collaborative practice agreements preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR systems. Familiarity with electronic health records management is essential. We use eClinical works EMR. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and practicing within scope of practice standards while adhering to safety protocols such as basic life support (BLS) certification.

Pay:
$55.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
