2996661574-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hartford Healthcare seeks a Women's Health GYN physician to provide comprehensive outpatient and limited inpatient gynecologic care across our Connecticut network. In this role, you'll deliver preventive care, diagnose and manage complex GYN conditions, perform office-based procedures, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team. You'll use advanced technology and EMR systems, participate in quality initiatives, precept learners as needed, and contribute to an inclusive, patient-centered culture focused on compassionate, evidence-based care and continuous professional development. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive exams, diagnostics, and treatment of complex GYN conditions. Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and support minimally invasive surgical care as credentialed. Develop individualized care plans and deliver patient education on reproductive health, contraception, and wellness. Document all encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient-centered care. Participate in quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives within the Hartford Healthcare network. Precept and mentor residents, students, or new clinicians as appropriate.
