Job Description
Family Medicine Faculty Physician Clearwater, Florida We re hiring a Family Medicine Faculty Physician who wants to spend more time shaping future physicians while maintaining a meaningful connection to patient care. You ll step into an outpatient academic role built around approximately 60% residency education and 40% direct patient care. You ll have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and develop Family Medicine residents while continuing to practice clinical medicine. Why this role is compelling

- You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Florida medical license

- Base salary starting at $220,000, with higher compensation based on experience
- Performance bonus opportunity up to $30,000 annually
