You will collaborate with a collegial team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and dedicated surgical support staff in a financially robust health system eager to support your subspecialty focus and long-term practice goals. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive cranial and complex/general spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical suite environments. Conduct clinical evaluations, patient workups, and perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures. Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation. with AI-driven documentation enhancements. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including neurologists, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and critical care teams. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and optimal patient care pathways. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO). Successfully completed an ACGME-accredited Neurological Surgery residency program; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery. Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90-120 days). Demonstrates high clinical and surgical competency in general neurosurgery and/or subspecialty fellowship areas (e.g., spine, vascular, skull base, neuro-oncology).
