Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and

with AI-driven documentation enhancements Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and health system guidelines regarding controlled substance management and patient safety Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway). Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90-120 days). Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.
