Job Description

Join a respected, patient-focused health system as a full-time Family Medicine physician serving Michigan City, Indiana. You'll provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages while working with an experienced, multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment. What you'll do Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness exams. Diagnose and treat common and complex medical conditions. Develop long-term relationships with patients and families. Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, evidence-based treatment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
