Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime. Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, drives, controls, sensors, and circuitry up to 480V. Troubleshoot VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and HMI systems. Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Replace and troubleshoot photo eyes, sensors, switches, and other controls components. Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and production machinery. Complete MIG and TIG welding and light fabrication projects as needed. Utilize computerized maintenance systems to document repairs and track maintenance activities. Work closely with operators and production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues. What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, including 480V systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems. Knowledge of VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and automation equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency when responding to equipment issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
