- Active Maryland medical license required for the listed coverage dates
- At least 1 year of experience in neonatology, NICU, or newborn care required
- Ability to provide 24-hour call coverage
- MD or DO degree required
- Comfort working in a Level II NICU and supporting high-risk deliveriesResponsibilities
- Provide neonatal coverage in a Level II NICU
- Complete daily rounds and guide patient care based on unit acuity
- Assist with deliveries when a known high-risk pregnancy or delivery is expected
- Respond to newborn care needs during call coverage
