This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented clinician to provide comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal care, labor and delivery management, gynecological procedures, and preventive health services. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment committed to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations, including routine examinations, consultations, and complex case management Perform obstetric procedures including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, managing labor and delivery with clinical precision and evidence-based protocols Conduct gynecological procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and other minimally invasive interventions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessment and current medical guidelines Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Stay current with advances in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing education and professional development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews Provide on-call coverage as required by the organization's scheduling protocols Qualifications Active medical license to practice in the State of Michigan Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Demonstrated proficiency in obstetric and gynecological surgical techniques Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare team members Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation Knowledge of current clinical guidelines, protocols, and evidence-based medicine practices Ability to manage complex obstetric and gynecologic cases independently Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery Additional Information Located in the heart of southeast Michigan, Dearborn offers a vibrant community, outstanding dining and cultural experiences, excellent schools, and convenient access to Detroit and surrounding suburbs.
