Join a team that takes great pride in delivering the highest quality, compassionate neurosurgical care to Central Minnesotans. Summary Join a high-volume neurosurgical program serving a regional population of nearly one million people. This established team includes five neurosurgeons and six advanced practice providers and operates within a Level II Trauma Center featuring a dedicated Neurosciences Unit. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology and advanced surgical approaches and is the only neurosurgical group serving Central Minnesota, offering a robust and diverse case mix with significant regional impact. Schedule Mix of clinic and OR Clinic hours 8am-5pm 1:5 Call - Call supported by APPs Pay and Benefits Salary range: $850,000 - $1,122,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
