Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician for our client in Missouri for a 66-day assignment beginning Nov 20, 2026. This nocturnist position involves focused shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM, primarily handling admissions, overseeing resident physicians, and supervising Advanced Practice Providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities and Duties Perform admission nocturnist shifts Manage approximately 10 admissions per night Staff 4-6 admissions with resident physicians Supervise 4 Advanced Practice Provider admissions Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required The EMR system utilized is Epic This is an inpatient role Anticipate managing approximately 10 admissions per night The staffing mix includes resident physicians and Advanced Practice Providers Scheduled shifts are 8 PM to 8 AM Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
