Clinical responsibilities include performing mechanical thrombectomy, coiling, diagnostic cerebral angiogram, flow diversion, and catheter endovascular treatments as clinically indicated. Clinicians must have a mechanical thrombectomy volume requirement met of 15 per year or 30 in two years. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and board certification in Neurology is required for this position.
