This professional role involves providing complex, direct medical care to patients, functioning independently under clinical oversight from the Site Medical Director or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.

Requirements include:

Graduation from an approved medical school or board certification in Family Medicine preferred. Current medical license in New Mexico with hospital privileges, DEA license, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number. Ability to obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire; ongoing certification maintenance required. Successful completion of screening including immunizations, TB testing, and criminal background check (if applicable).
