A multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is interested in adding a glaucoma/cataract surgeon to their growing practice. A new associate will have patients to assume from a current glaucoma surgeon in the practice and be on a 2 year partnership track. A new associate will have autonomy in how they grow their practice and the balance of glaucoma and comprehensive patients they see. There are patients interested in refractive cataract surgery so if there is an interest, these patients can be seen. All surgery will be done in a nearby surgery center. The practice takes a very patient centric approach and wants surgeons to build relationships with their patients. Schedules are kept manageable and support staff is provided so each surgeon has time to interact with their patients and build relationships. Customer service is a high priority to the practice.
