Job Description
Position Requirements Description Night Float opportunity with 84-bed Northern Dutchess Hospital in charming Rhinebeck, NY. It is part of the Nuvance Health™ system, which includes seven hospitals and several outpatient facilities serving both the Hudson Valley of New York and western Connecticut. In a welcoming environment, the hospital's staff members treat patients with compassion, using current technologies to provide care for a range of medical conditions. Schedule:
26 weeks on 26 weeks off Monday-Monday 7p-7a- Endo, ortho, general, OB, ENT, uro, and chronic pain Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
