Castle Connolly has named Axia Women's Health its #1 Physician Practice in the United States for Women's Health. Bryn Mawr Women's Health, an Axia Women's Health care center and affiliated with Main Line Health, has been serving women in the community for 35 years. We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician . 2027 Resident Physicians welcome and encouraged to apply!
Our Practice:
8 Providers (6 Physicians & 2 Nurse Practitioners)Practice Locations:
Rosemont, Newtown Square, and King of Prussia Each location within 20 minutes of hospital Approximately 50 group deliveries per month On Call - 1:11 (Shared with 2 other Axia practices) Post-Call day off! 50:50 Ob to Gyn Providers perform ultrasounds on site.In-Office Procedures include:
Hysteroscopies, Colposcopies, Ablations, LEEPS, IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals. Mammography on site. Onsite Phlebotomists. 1.5 CMA assigned to each provider. Triage RN staff for triage calls, results, etc. Each location within 20 minutes of hospital Post-Call day off! staffed by CHOP neonatologists. 24/7 In-house Anesthesiologists, 24/7 hospitalist beginning Spring 2024. Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, including prenatal genetic counseling services. Fertility Specialists for high-risk mothers. Highly qualified and skilled Nurses - System Magnet® Nursing Designation Newer Labor and Delivery Unit - Opened in 2019! Two C-Section operating rooms New maternity unit featuring 25 large, private rooms. Lactation and breastfeeding support for new mothers Da Vinci Robotics NICU staffed by CHOP neonatologists.
