The ideal candidate is a dependable and collaborative clinician who is comfortable reviewing existing treatment plans, managing prescriptions within their scope, responding to time-sensitive patient needs, and determining when a concern requires escalation to another Solcere provider. Coordinate with other clinicians, health coaches, and administrative staff to support continuity of care. Follow established treatment plans and Solcere clinical protocols while applying independent clinical judgment when appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits, prescriptions, patient communications, and clinical decisions. Participate in periodic case reviews, training, and clinical team meetings. Provide clinical coverage during planned provider absences when mutually agreed upon. Ideal Candidate Licensed and in good standing as a Naturopathic Doctor in California. Able to communicate complex medical information clearly and compassionately. Comfortable collaborating with physicians, naturopathic doctors, health coaches, and administrative team members.
