Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Garland, TX. You'll provide continuity-focused primary care for adults 18 and older, managing both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating care with specialists. Our model emphasizes prevention, strong patient-provider relationships, and measurable quality outcomes. What you'll do Deliver patient-centered care, including comprehensive initial assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals Refer patients to specialists when advanced or complex care is needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up and clear communication Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend provided) Maintain punctuality to help keep the clinic schedule on track What we offer Value-based care environment focused on quality outcomes Outpatient clinic serving adults (18+) Dedicated Medical Assistant and supportive clinic team Monday-Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus Additional monthly compensation for supervising
NPs:
$1,250 per NP CME allowance and paid CME hours 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package Eligible for a sign-on bonus Who you are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within five years of residency completion At least one year of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Active Texas medical license and a DEA license in good standing If you value continuity, prevention, and working in a collaborative, outcome-driven practice, this role in Garland is an excellent fit.
