The Breast Imaging Supervisor is responsible for the staff and activities of the Breast Imaging department while functioning within a matrix organizational structure. The Breast Imaging Supervisor directly reports to the Breast Imaging Manager of Women`s Imaging Services with dotted line responsibility to the physicians and administrators. The Breast Imaging Supervisor`s direct reports include the Breast Imaging Technologists, Ultrasonographers, MRI Technologists and clerical staff of the division. The Breast Imaging Supervisor will complete performance evaluations and will participate in the hiring and disciplinary action processes of their staff.
