Job Description

We are a multi-specialty medical group dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rheumatologist to join our practice. Position Overview The Rheumatologist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and collaborating with our network of physicians and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatologic conditions, including arthritis, lupus, gout, and autoimmune disorders. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed. Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and infusion therapy as applicable. Work collaboratively with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care. Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in EMR. Stay current with advances in rheumatology through CME and professional development. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Completion of Rheumatology fellowship. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology. Active or eligible for Texas medical license. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
